This 8th floor apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the Atomium from the northwest terrace and the VRT-site from the southeast terrace. Both views are currently separated by a wide corridor. The bedrooms are situated on one side, the living room on the other side.
The transformation consists of a 90 degrees rotation of the current organization of the apartment. This gives the opportunity to indulge in both views and enjoy both morning and evening sun from the living room. The wide corridor is perforated and optimized by adding new functions such as a cloakroom, a storage room and an office. The living area is designed as one open space, but can be divided by flexible sliding doors. The twho bedrooms share a bathroom and are situated on both the northwest and southeast side.
